With a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, we're seeking a talented Assistant Marketing Manager to join our client's fast-paced growing team.
The Role
1. Brand Management: Oversee the strategic direction of the brand, ensuring it remains consistent and resonates with the target audience.
2. Product Marketing: Develop and execute compelling product marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
3. E-commerce Marketing: Optimise their online presence to maximise online sales and customer engagement.
4. Trade Marketing: Collaborate with retail partners to develop effective trade marketing programmes and drive in-store visibility.
5. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
The Person
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
2. Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in a senior role, with direct reports and brand responsibility ideally working within an in-house marketing role.
3. Solid experience in e-commerce marketing including SEO and trade marketing.
4. Proven track record of supporting new brand entrants and contributing to strategic brand direction.
5. Strong product marketing skills.
