Position
An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Charge Nurse - Clinical Educator based at University Hospital Crosshouse.
What you will do:
NHS Ayrshire and Arran is currently seeking an NMC registered Deputy Charge Nurse Clinical Educator to work in their Emergency Department. This role will be a full-time permanent post, and previous Emergency Department experience is essential. An Instructor qualification or education qualification is essential.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team working skills, with experience of competency framework and action plans learning are required.
A drive to educate and train the ED nursing staff is essential in this role.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You will be committed to providing a good standard of quality nursing care and demonstrate motivation and enthusiasm to provide leadership within the department.
Hours: 37 hours per week
Rotational shift pattern, 11.5hr shifts.
