The Sales Manager will report directly to senior management and play a crucial role in expanding their market share in the windows and doors industry. Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support the sales team, setting clear performance targets and providing regular feedback. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive sales growth. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand the client base in Wakefield and surrounding areas. Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics and KPIs, preparing reports for senior management to highlight progress and areas for improvement.
