The role - Temporary Events Assistant
Dates - Tuesday 11th of March 2025 - Sunday 16th of March 2025
Location - Glasgow (West)
Office Angels Glasgow are working alongside a large scale Events Agency to secure Temporary Event Assistants for a popular sporting event coming to Glasgow.
Due to the volume of this recruitment drive we are only able to consider candidates who can commit to a minimum of two shifts.

We received fantastic feedback from our candidates who attended last year's event but please also note you will be on your feet the duration of the shifts.
No previous experience is required, however, experience in Customer Service, Retail, Sales, Promotions, Events, and/or any other customer service or sales related role will be beneficial.
Duties:
1. Meeting and greeting attendees
2. Check in process - registering attendees' details when they arrive on site
3. Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
4. Directing guests to food and drink stations and advising where to find toilet facilities
5. Helping to answer any general queries
Our Ideal Candidate:
1. Will have previous experience working in a front facing role
2. Be customer focused
3. Be comfortable using technology (You will need to be able to confidently use an Ipad on site)
4. Have high standards of presentation
5. Be a clear and concise communicator
