The Manager, People Partner, serves as a key advisor and business partner for corporate functions, supporting the execution of HR strategies that drive business success. This role focuses on operational excellence, employee engagement, and talent development while ensuring alignment with HR best practices and company objectives.
Job Description
* Business Partnering: Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
* Talent & Workforce Planning: Support workforce planning efforts by identifying talent needs and assisting in succession planning initiatives.
* Employee Experience & Engagement: Partner with business leaders to drive engagement initiatives, enhance company culture, and support employee well-being.
* Performance & Development: Coach managers on performance management best practices and facilitate learning and development opportunities for employees.
* Compensation & Reward Programs: Work closely with the Total Rewards team to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices, supporting pay review cycles and job evaluations.
* Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness: Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives related to restructuring, organizational change, and business transformation.
* HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and employment law, providing guidance on employee relations matters and resolving issues proactively.
* HR Data & Insights: Use people analytics to track trends in retention, performance, and engagement, providing data-driven recommendations to leaders.
* Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work cross-functionally with HR teams on global projects, driving process improvements to enhance HR service delivery.
Key Selection Criteria
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or matrixed environment.
* Strong employee relations and HR advisory experience, with knowledge of employment laws.
* Proven ability to coach and influence managers on people-related matters.
* Experience supporting talent management, workforce planning, and organizational change initiatives.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
* Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) preferred.
