Salary: £30,000 circa depending on experience
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday

My well established, expanding, forward thinking and extremely progressive client is looking to recruit a new addition to their team due to growth within the business. You will be working within a small team for a small but very successful and fast paced business.
Within this role you will be required to 'muck in' and multi-task, so the ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines with a high level of attention to detail is essential.
You will receive full training on the job so project administration experience is not essential but a bonus, however you must have excellent administration experience, strong communication skills, and ideally have worked within building/construction/engineering/installations or similar.
As the Administrator you will be responsible for some of the following duties:
Assisting with installation diary planning & management
Liaising with sites, confirming remedial works completion
Booking installation days and liaising with clients to schedule works
Maintain project plans and update the projects records
Organise training for installers
Sales aftercare - organising site returns/ remedials
Keeping up to date records of deliveries
Reviewing weekly supply lists of consumables This role is fun, varied, interesting but ever changing, you must be able to work under pressure, be re-active and proactive and have a real passion for what you do.
