About the role:
This consultancy is looking for a Senior Building Safety Consultant (Building Control Surveyor / Registered Building Inspector) to join their already exceptional team. As the technical lead on non-HRB (High-Risk Buildings) projects, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of high-profile, high-value developments. The ideal candidate will have:
1. L2F Registered Building Inspector capability (RBI status desirable, not essential)
2. Prior experience as a Building Control Surveyor on Commercial projects
3. Extensive knowledge in building control, regulations, and compliance
4. A passion for ensuring building safety in high-value, high-profile projects
5. A collaborative and dynamic approach to team working
