Overview
We are a dynamic and growing property investment company dedicated to delivering high quality services to landlords, tenants, and investors. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to join our team and support our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations using Xero.
Preparation of monthly management accounts, reports, and financial statements.
Manage supplier payments and handle client account reconciliations.
Submit VAT returns and other statutory filings.
Support payroll processing where required.
Provide financial data and reports to senior management as needed.
What were looking for
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the property sector.
Proficiency in Xero is essential.
Experience with Vebra Alto is highly desirable but not required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
