About the role
Futures are excited to be working with an amazing, multi-billion £ non-food FMCG business with a portfolio full of well-known brands we all use everyday!
This is an exciting opportunity to manage one of the businesses top tier accounts, Amazon across their market leading portfolio of consumer goods products which equates to a large % of the businesses turnover.
You will go through an in depth training programme to get you up to speed with the businesses ways of working within Amazon, so no previous Amazon/Ecommerce experience is required.
You will also work alongside an industry Expert with 6+ year experience so it’s a great opportunity if you are keen to get in to the world of Ecommerce.
Your Responsibilities:
– Development of the rolling a 3-year account growth plan.
– Collaborate with senior commercial team and buyers to identify and grow opportunities within your brands and categories.
– Monitoring product sales and EPOS with further analysis to help drive sales growth
– Attend monthly strategic meetings with all key stakeholders within the business
– Collaborate with Marketing Teams to optimise categories and search terms to drive traffic to product pages and generate interest, conversions and sales
– Manage Visual Merchandising – Review images/product information – maintaining the appearance, accuracy and standards of all brands and categories
– Monitor competitor activity to understand the marketplace/environment
– Complete regular Forecasting – work with in-house supply chain team to ensure solid forecast plans are in place
Your Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required:
– A minimum of 3 years’ experience within National Accounts within non-food FMCG
– Experience managing across Amazon or Ecommerce platforms
– Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
– A positive and proactive attitude, who is self-motivated and capable of working both independently and across functions
