Overview
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our busy Project Management team. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and to play a part in the ideation and delivery of outstanding work for our clients.
Specifically, we’ll need your help with:
* Planning, scheduling, and overseeing of the delivery of various projects ensuring that everything is running according to plan
* Communicating project plans both internally and to clients; managing expectations and assuring alignment with the client and agency processes
* Work closely with client services team to ensure timings are aligned with client expectations and deliverables are mapped out correctly, considering all stages needed for each project according to client needs
* Creation of project timelines, updating and adapting as needed
* Working closely with the Client Services team and other departments to ensure efficient flow of work through the agency
* Ensuring briefs are approved and creative teams are briefed in line with timing plans
* Scheduling reviews and ensuring all relevant parties attend
* Facilitating work out of reviews to relevant departments within the agency and to potential third parties, ensuring that any work is followed up and delivered on time
* Regularly communicate project status to client services teams and clients at agreed cadence with client services team
* Trouble shooting and proposing alternative solutions in situations where there are timing or delivery challenges
* Producing estimates & POs, ensuring cost controller approval on estimates and reconciling projects once they are complete
Qualifications
* The qualities needed
o A strong communicator with the confidence to take charge of the delivery of multi-channel creative projects
o Confident to get your point across and to inform management of account statuses, problems, plans and meetings as required
o Curious, asks questions, provides solutions to business challenges and can prioritise their workload
o Experienced in positively challenging the status quo in the pursuit of driving efficiency
o Able to work under pressure, to prioritise, multitask and to manage the creative process from start to finish
o Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to plan for all eventualities and provide solutions to issues
o Proactive, always looking ahead and spotting potential pitfalls
o Willing to become the champion of the client's business
