The role – Marketing Executive
Based from the Newhouse site and reporting directly to the Group Head of Marketing, you will have an integral role in driving forward companywide marketing initiatives in line with organisational goals and across all areas of the Malcolm Group's extensive and diverse portfolio divisions.
You will have an exciting, dynamic and innovative role with no two days the same and will have a diverse range of duties and responsibilities including;
Create compelling content for various platforms including website, blogs, trade adverts, direct mail, digital signage, videos. social media and corporate magazine
Assisting with Group Marketing Campaigns, including digital marketing activities
Maintenance of the Group Brands in line with branding guidelines
Supporting the marketing and operations team on all events/trade shows and exhibitions across the UK
Tracking and reporting competitor and other relevant analysis
Assisting with draft and design of customer presentations and proposals
Assisting with other marketing and communications activities as required
Providing a full administrative support to the Marketing Department
Ideally degree qualified or with equivalent experience, you will have proven experience as a Marketing Executive managing all elements companywide marketing and ideally within a similar sector organisation. Possessing first class verbal and written communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing a diverse workload. You will have a strong attention to detail and thrive engaging with and supporting multiple internal and external stakeholder groups. You will be highly proficient in digital marketing and have an in-depth working knowledge of a broad range of channels such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Facebook, email marketing, SEO and content creation. Familiarity with InDesign, Canva or equivalent would be advantageous. The marketing team are based daily in the Newhouse office location and this role will be offered on the same basis, travel will be required to meet operational needs as appropriate, possession of a current driving license is essential.
