Serving the Hospitality and Unattended Retail sectors, you'll ensure every unit is thoroughly tested, expertly fault-diagnosed, and dispatched in line with Vianet's commitment to excellence. Key responsibilities will include: Set up and test all new electronic devices in advance of dispatch for both internal and external customers. Test and diagnose faults with any faulty equipment returned then follow up accordingly. Keep all records and reporting software accurate and up to date at all times. Support management in all aspects of health and safety & ISO standards. Maintain a high level of housekeeping. Administer all paperwork/spreadsheets to support the business needs Essential skills and experience you'll need to thrive in this role…… Proficient in computer applications with a strong aptitude for quickly and accurately processing information, including familiarity with tools such as Excel and Jira Experience of technical support and / or business to business customer experience Collaborates effectively with team members to understand solutions and resolve issues, ensuring a cohesive and productive approach to troubleshooting Organisation and time management skills Numerical Skills Sage 200 or stock control system experience - advantageous Effective communication skills Able to build relationships with people at all levels
