Job Description
1. Manage and grow sales within the Scotland & Ireland region through account development and new business generation.
2. Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions for torque tools, bolting systems, and industrial equipment.
3. Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts across multiple industries.
4. Work collaboratively with internal departments including marketing, customer service, and engineering.
5. Use CRM to track opportunities, customer activity, and sales pipeline.
6. Attend trade shows, customer site visits, and industry events.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
1. Proven experience in a technical B2B sales role, ideally in engineering, tooling, or manufacturing sectors.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
3. Ability to work independently and travel across Scotland and Ireland.
4. Comfortable interpreting technical specifications and customer requirements.
5. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
6. Full UK driving licence essential.
