The Senior Building Surveyor will be working alongside a myriad of key clients within the Commercial and High End Residential markets. Clients include established property giants, investment businesses and private clients.
The Senior Building Surveyor Role
The successful professional will have the opportunity to express their expertise and encourage forward-thinking and proactive services.
The Building Surveying role offers a balanced workload, with both project and professional services. You will act as the Senior Building Surveyor on projects with budgets up to £35m, while providing professional services such as defect diagnosis, dilapidations, and pre-acquisition surveys.
The practice is wanting a Senior Building Surveyor who can bring quality professional and project services and build relationships.
You can expect to be working mainly across the East Midlands; however, some time in London might occur, providing services on prestigious buildings.
The Senior Building Surveyor
* Has a Consultancy / Private practice background
* Strong understanding of Building defects, Dilapidations, Condition reports, Contracts Administration, measured surveys
* Project Management experience is beneficial
* MRICS is a bonus
* MSc / BSc in Building Surveying
* 5+ years PQE
* Enthusiastic character
* Confident in front of a variety of clients (Commercial)
