Job summary We are looking to recruit a registered Nurse with experience in delivering the management of diabetes. Selsey Medical Practice are part of Chichester Association of Medical Practice Primary Care Network. Main duties of the job Practice nurses are part of our multi disciplinary team delivering chronic disease management clinics. The successful candidate will: Provide compassionate, safe and effective care and support to patients. Prioritise and manage their own workload, recognising where elements of care can safely be delegated to other colleagues, carers and family members.
