This role involves managing the internal sales process in a fast-paced office environment, supervising a team of three, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Internal Sales Supervisor Job Type: Full-time Location: Wolverhampton Salary: upto £33,000 per annum. Day-to-day of the role: Efficiently handle customer enquiries and queries via telephone or email. Supervise the internal sales team and report daily/weekly targets to the management team. Enter orders onto Sage and maintain the CRM system. Liaise with the warehouse to ensure timely customer deliveries. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers. Support the external sales team and ensure customer service expectations are exceeded. Convert enquiries into orders successfully. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency with Sage and CRM systems is preferable. Computer literate, particularly with Excel and Word. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail. Benefits: Standard working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Office-based role with parking available. 20 days of holiday (under review) plus bank holidays, with additional time off between Christmas and New Year.
