What is the Programme?
It's for 2 years. The IT Graduate role will experience the full breadth of a diverse and fast-paced IT function. Working across our teams, the role experiences a range of opportunities, developing skills in business analysis, test management, project management, innovation, and customer service, for example. The role will build experience with a wide range of technologies and work with them to deliver business value.

* Undertake a range of roles within the function across several of our teams (3-6-month assignments).

Do you have what we're looking for?
* Achieved or predicted 2:1 grade in a technology discipline (e.g. Computer Science)? (Graduated 2024 or projected for 2025)
* Understanding of how technology can be used to support a range of business processes.
* Understanding of a range of delivery mechanisms e.g. waterfall and agile.
* Awareness of service management and outline knowledge of IT V3.
* Ability to coordinate the delivery of small initiatives.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to research solutions.
* Strong verbal and written skills, able to translate and deliver technical information to a non-technical audience.
* Strong influential skills, and the ability to build strong relationships at all business levels.
* Knowledge of business analysis, requirements management and testing.
* Knowledge of process mapping and an ability to identify and drive process efficiencies.
* Knowledge of IT Market and trends.
* Team working - you'll enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues as well as other graduates.

Selection Process
1. An online application that will involve a CV - closing date 7th November 2024.
2. Online assessments to demonstrate your strengths and the necessary behaviours to be successful.
3. If successful, a virtual 1st stage screening call.
4. An assessment centre with group and individual activities as well as a behaviour-based interview with the opportunity to meet managers and explore the airport. Dates to be confirmed for February / March 2025.
