Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the Directors/IFAs, including diary management, meeting preparation, client reports, client reviews, and activity management.
2. Greet clients and organize refreshments for meetings as necessary.
3. Complete and process paper-based and online new business applications, ensuring accurate tracking of business activity.
4. Prepare research material for advice reports from various online systems (e.g., fund factsheets, sector benchmarking, relevant charting/graphs).
5. Maintain required systems, particularly the Intelliflo back-office database and automated document filing system.
6. Process Letters of Authority and ensure timely delivery of relevant information to the IFA.
7. Assist with fee and income reconciliations and provide support around company aged debt control.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in the financial services industry is essential.
2. Good understanding of Whole of Market wrappers and products, with experience using 3rd party platforms and online systems.
3. Able to work independently and within a small team, demonstrating a positive, proactive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
4. Ability to prioritize workload; knowledge of Microsoft Office products is essential.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and possess strong interpersonal skills.
6. Capable of taking responsibility for own work and showing initiative and resourcefulness.
