Main Responsibilities
* Provide wellbeing advice and guidance to Employment Coaches to help participants overcome health barriers and achieve sustainable employment.
* Deliver behaviour change interventions and conduct biopsychosocial assessments to identify specific health barriers to work.
* Develop training programs to upskill Employment Advisors on mental and physical health conditions.
* Collaborate with line managers to identify areas where additional health and wellbeing support is needed.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
