Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home | Up to £29K + great benefits | 37.5 hours per week

We’re looking for a Team Assistant to join a friendly and collaborative HR team, providing essential support across a range of activities. This is a brand-new role, meaning there’s plenty of opportunity to shape it and make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Formatting confidential documents and reports with precision and professionalism
* Preparing transcripts and summaries from key meetings
* Supporting the team with admin tasks and projects
* Assisting with onboarding new hires, references and all compliance ensuring a smooth and positive experience
* Managing spreadsheets and data in Excel
* Providing general admin support to the wider HR team

* Strong Word and Excel skills – you enjoy keeping things organised and structured
* Attention to detail – you’ll be working with important HR documents
* A positive, can-do attitude – you’re approachable, friendly, and always happy to help
