Job Description
Looking for more autonomy, a supportive team, and the freedom to shape your clinical focus? This well-established, independent veterinary group blends gold-standard care with a culture of compassion, flexibility, and professional growth.
Why You’ll Love Working There
Established in 1986, this independent group has grown into a respected, community-focused practice operating across three clinics—including a brand-new cat-only gold-standard facility at the main site. They prioritise excellent care without losing sight of affordability, making a real difference for clients and their pets.
The main clinic is fully equipped to manage complex cases in-house, so you’ll enjoy the challenge of a varied caseload, without the need to refer out. With a 38-strong team, including 17 talented nurses and supportive management at each site, you’ll never feel like you’re going it alone.
Make the Role Your Own
They’re looking for a veterinary surgeon who’s confident with routine surgical cases and wants the freedom to define their role within the clinic—whether that means developing a clinical interest, coaching others, or stepping up as a leader when needed.
You’ll be empowered to manage chronic cases, take initiative in your clinical decisions, and grow your influence in a team that truly listens.

* An interest in teaching or mentoring
* A proactive, collaborative approach to clinical work
* A desire to continually improve and evolve—professionally and personally
