Commercial Plumber Location: Pangbourne An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a leading facilities management business on behalf of our client. This role will involve working across various commercial sites in and around Pangbourne, providing expert plumbing services and ensuring all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with current UK regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with on-site teams and clients. Key Responsibilities: Installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial plumbing systems, including water supply, heating, and drainage. Diagnosing and resolving plumbing faults with a focus on minimising disruption to operations. Delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. Working with pressurised systems such as booster sets, calorifiers, and expansion vessels. Testing systems for leaks and ensuring all work adheres to UK plumbing standards and safety regulations. Collaborating with other trades and contractors to support project delivery. Maintaining clear and accurate documentation of all work undertaken. Following all health and safety procedures, including preparing RAMS and conducting on-site risk assessments. Building strong working relationships with clients and facilities teams, ensuring high levels of service. Candidate Requirements: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent qualification). Previous experience in a commercial or industrial plumbing setting. Solid understanding of UK plumbing regulations and L8 compliance. Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, proactive approach. Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team. Good communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with colleagues and clients. Capable of working under pressure and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
