We are keen to appoint a Online Trading Assistant to our team at Whistles to support us in achieving our short medium and long term ecomm objectives.

Your Duties andResponsibilitiesas OnlineTradingAssistant will include:
* Update and maintainplanningdocuments for thetrading calendar in line with campaign briefs and sitemerchandising
* Analysedata fromGoogle Analytics andproduce reportsto identifyhow tomaximise sales. Reportingon KPIs includingbutnot limitedto: Conversion,Revenue, AOV, Sessions, Bounce Rate etc.
* Advise and recommendproductsor categories toCRMand Creativeteamsforplanned emails,ensuring stock is checked and categories aremerchandised
* Monitorbestsellers &on-sitetrends identifying reasons for performance andkeyopportunities
* Carry out assessment of competitive analysis to inform the trading calendar, site development & editorial content
To be successful in the role of Online Trading Assistant you will have be an excellent communicator, comfortable building relationships with multiple stakeholders, well organised, deadline driven and be comfortable analysing reports and data. It would be great if you have also had some experience in a retail fashion environment and some understanding of merchandising but not essential.
