Main duties of the job We are looking for an enthusiastic assistant to support the fundraising team with the delivery of excellent supporter care processes, stewardship and administrative duties. Youll have an eye for detail, maintaining accurate donation records, following thanking processes and manage the distribution of fundraising support materials. You will work with office volunteers who youll supervise on a day to day basis. Youll answer telephone and email queries in manner and meet and greet supporters who visit the hospice. Providing them all with excellent customer service. Youll be an ambassador for fundraising, building strong relationships with clinical staff across the hospice. Youll assist at our amazing events and be part of a vibrant fundraising team dedicated to making a difference to the lives of people living with terminal illness. You'll be at the heart of our fundraising success, helping to ensure these vital income streams are safeguarded and increased. Your work will enable the hospice to provide world class care.
