Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Ecoally, located in Maidenhead with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating strategic partnerships, and contributing to the company's growth and expansion. Qualifications Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills Experience in the lighting or sustainability industry Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team Knowledge of sustainable practices and energy conservation Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field Previous experience with international business development is a plus Compensation & Hybrid Hybrid working 35k-50k base salary depending on experience Commission
