Occupational Therapist - Clackmannanshire - Part time opportunities available on a temporary contract basis. The Social Care Community Partnership are currently recruiting for a Children's Occupational Therapist for their Client based in the Clackmannansire Area. This would be for a duration of 3 months working two days per week. It will be around £22 - £30 an hour depending on experience and Holiday pay is additional to this which is saved up for when holidays are taken. Qualifications and Experience: - Dip COT, BSC OT or equivalent - Gain/Maintain HCPC membership - You must have experienc of working with Children and young people as a Qualified Occupational Therapist The role includes - Providing an Occupational Therapy service to Children and Young People with disibilities - To undertake assessment and care management in respect of clients promoting an integrated multi-disciplinary approach to service user needs. - To promote and facilitate good manual handling practice, including risk assessment, update care plans and identifying training needs. - assessing and planning as well as to facilitate provision of adaptation work, working with other agencies as required -In line with relevant national and local procedures and drivers, carrying out the duties and function's in respect of data and information protocols and communication strategies and making recommendations as to whether or not a person needs to be subject to compulsory measures of protection. -Prepare and present reports and make recommendations to Children's Hearings, Case Conferences, Courts and Tribunals as necessary.
