We are always looking for talented individuals to join our team. Your career path may progress from an Agent’s Assistant to Trainee, then to a Coordinator, and ultimately to an Agent representing some of the most renowned talent worldwide.

What You’ll Do:
The Music Central team forms the administrative backbone of the Music Department, supporting Music assistants in both the UK and US. This fast-paced role includes extensive training, with progression typically into a Music Agent’s Assistant position.
This is a permanent role based at our New Oxford Street office.
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
* Compiling ticket counts for upcoming shows
* Assisting agent assistants with administrative tasks and overflow
* Supporting agents in their assistants’ absence
* Conducting in-depth research for agents or assistants
* Entering show deals and offers using in-house software and reviewing legal contracts
* Participating in department meetings, including presentations
* Ensuring clients traveling to the UK follow correct immigration procedures
* Performing other ad hoc duties as required
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
* A long-term interest in a career in the music industry, especially in becoming an agent
* Passion for music and entertainment
* Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
* Ability to provide excellent service to both external contacts and internal colleagues
* A diligent, proactive attitude suited to a fast-paced, energetic environment
* Willingness to learn quickly and assist with a positive attitude
* Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
* Sensitivity to the needs of creative clients; previous music industry experience is desirable
* Proficiency in MS Office and a strong numerical ability
* Confidentiality and discretion at all times
