Risk & Control Consultant - 12 month Fixed Term Contract Media and Broadcasting Business £50,000 per annum 10% bonus benefits London - 1 day a week in the office minimum Audit & Risk Recruitment have been mandated by a household name in media and broadcasting to find a Risk & Control Consultant. This role will be hired on a 12 month fixed term contract basis with a high likelihood of becoming a permanent job when the term is up. Our client is undertaking a transformation programme with a view to improving their approach to risk management and to make carefully calculated cost reductions. They have asked all functions of the business (Finance, Legal, IT, HR etc.) to document their key risks and priorities with the aim of reducing spending. Reporting in to the office of Director of Risk, this role will be to engage with functional leaders across the business and assist them with the completion of this task from a Risk Management perspective. You will maintain RAID logs, undertake risk reporting and and help businesses leaders understand their risk profile, as well as help to document principal risks for the annual report. You will have great exposure to the business, and will be communicating with stakeholders at all levels of seniority. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of risk management, gained from either a risk, internal audit or project management background. You will be speaking to stakeholders all across the business, so you must enjoy meeting with people and have strong communication skills (in English). You will preferably be available to start the role within a month of accepting an offer.
