The Role: As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in our kitchen team, helping to prepare and present high-quality dishes for guests at this luxury hotel. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards and ensuring smooth operations within your section during service. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the hotel’s exacting standards. Assist in the management of kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your work area. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen tasks. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques. Ability to work under pressure during busy service times. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Food Hygiene Level 2 or equivalent certification. Experience working in a luxury hotel kitchen. Further culinary qualifications or certifications.
