Hales Group are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join our client based in Woodbridge on a companywide project for a period of at least 3-6 months.
The postholder will be focusing on an absence management project to support the existing HR and senior management teams.
Main Duties of the HR Advisor role include:
1. Using sickness data to see who should have had the policy applied (informal / formal)
2. Working with Managers to apply the policy
3. Undertaking sickness review meetings
4. Completing relevant paperwork to support the Managers
5. Keeping up to date records of new sickness
6. Be the initial POC for sickness reporting (answerphone facility with call back)
In order to be considered for the role of HR Advisor:
1. Ideally the person will be CIPD Level 5 qualified
2. Have extensive experience at an Advisor level
3. To be confident in your decision making and have strong interpersonal and influencing skills
LOCATION: Woodbridge
HOURS: 37 hours per week
ROTA: Monday to Friday
PAY: Variable DOE
DURATION: 3-6 months
