Vivienne Westwood is looking for a part-time Sales Assistant to join our team based in the Manchester Store. You will join us for 5 days per week and in return you will receive a competitive wage of £12 per hour plus commission and benefits.
About the role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales assistant to join one of the most iconic English Fashion Brands. Having one year experience with luxury wear or leather goods and accessories, you’ll be well spoken, well presented and have a strong understanding of high-level customer service. We are looking for a confident seller who is passionate about the brand.
Key responsibilities of our Sales Assistant:
* To provide exemplary customer service and offer advice on products.
* Communicate retail standards across the store.
* Liaise and build relationships with clients.
What we are looking for in our Sales Assistant:
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Have at least 1 year solid luxury retail experience.
* Leadership and motivational skills.
* Be commercially aware and possess in-depth experience of working towards KPIs.
* Ability to plan, prioritise and cope under pressure.
