Management Accountant
As a Management Accountant, you will enjoy working within a diverse and welcoming culture, where you will gather and analyse financial information for internal use - Making forecasts to assist business planning and decision-making
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out internal and Group reporting procedures
* Support budgeting process
* Cash management and forecasting for the business
* Evaluate the company’s performance using key data
* Oversee tax related issues at the company and liaise with other stakeholders on tax matters
* Calculate research & development tax credit for company
* Support Reporting Business Partner in any areas that are required
* Advise on problems and suggest improvements
* Supervise lower-level personnel

The Key Requirements...
* Proven experience as management accountant, finance professional or similar role
* Solid knowledge of basic and advanced accounting and financial principles and practices
* Excellent knowledge of accounting and reporting
* Excellent knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
* Working knowledge of ERP software (ideally SAP or IFS) and MS Office
* Analytical mind with aptitude in maths
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* A problem-solver with attention to detail
* Relevant certification CIMA or ACA) or working towards one

ROMSEY - Alongside hybrid and flexible working options, you’ll find our Romsey site located within beautiful Hampshire countryside, close to the picturesque New Forest District and not far from a superb stretch of the south coast. This is no corporate concrete jungle; this is a manor house site, with ample parking an on-site gym and a driveway full of daffodils in the spring.
