Schedule – Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours.
Experience – Minimum 1 years administration /scheduling experience.

Job purpose
The role’s mission- if you choose to accept it- is to deploy our team of field engineers to fix both hardware and software faults within our existing customer base as efficiently and effectively as possible for both our customers and the Company. It’s a varied and challenging role that will see you dealing with a high volume of work enquiries and managing multiple diaries to efficiently co-ordinate activity.
Job Responsibilities
· Planning and deploying our VUE team of engineers to efficiently and profitably fix our hardware and software faults
· Processing the booking confirmation on our bespoke VUE system
· Managing all the phone and e-mail messages from customers / engineers / company personnel and processing support tickets accordingly within the agreed SLA’s
· Always managing customer expectations with a flexible approach to client query resolution; escalation and prioritisation of urgent jobs based on type.
· Providing excellent and efficient customer relations.
· Work interdepartmentally to support colleagues and assist with any queries.
Ideal Candidate
· You MUST have proven experience of either managing diaries / coordinating and booking appointments / route planning for teams including similar positions to that of engineers / contractors / installers.
· You must have excellent customer service skills, including strong communication via the telephone and by e-mail.
· Be a skilled listener, able to relate with our customers to gain an understanding of their specific requirements, recording all information accurately.
· Strong administration / data entry experience, being efficient and accurate.
· Ability to problem solve, prioritise and multitask throughout the working day.
· Ability to work on own initiative and as part of the wider team.
· Fostering and developing strong working relationships with departments you will interact with on a daily basis.
