Overall purpose of the job:
1. Support Sales to achieve monthly and quarterly margin/revenue targets
2. Assist with tender responses and draw together Bid Information
3. Completion of PQQ, RFI and proposal responses
4. Completion of Due Diligence/On Boarding questionnaires
5. Management of the Bid Library, collating information including updates for responses
6. Management of back-office functions (central inbox and portals)
Key responsibilities for this job:
7. Co-ordinating and chairing PQQ and proposal opportunity meetings
8. Liaising with various departments to gather information for Bids
9. Review, drafting and managing the delivery customer bid request materials received including pre-qualification questionnaires, RFQs and RFPs for smaller standard bids
10. Responding to client Due Diligence, Security and onboarding requests
11. Providing bid follow-up activity assistance and expertise when needed to support the sales cycle
12. Standardisation of the proposal process
13. Work to tight deadlines and go the extra mile where required
14. Updating and collating information in the SharePoint for opportunities
15. Salesforce updates for all open opportunities and cases
16. Updating weekly reports for open opportunities for management
17. Extracting reusable text from completed bids into the bid library and generalising for future use
18. Monitoring and management of internal requests and from client portals through a central inbox
19. Management of client procurement portals to support in the sourcing, management and upload of opportunities
20. Any other fair and reasonable task or duty assigned to you by your manager, or other senior Exponential-e Ltd staff member.
Knowledge and experience required:
21. Experience working in a sales driven environment responding to bids and tenders with associated deadlines
22. Excellent time management skills
23. Well organised self-starter with strong administration skills
24. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
25. Good presentation skills and strong experience with Microsoft Office packages
