Our client is anautomotive retailer representing prestigious car Brands they have atotal of 30 businesses providing sales service and accident repairservices across Sussex Surrey Kent andHampshire.
Establishedsince 1931 they are a successful and progressive third generationfamily owned business.
They are nowactively looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator fortheir dealership in EdenbridgeKent.
JOBPURPOSE
The role ofthe Sales Administrator isto:
Beresponsible for all administrative aspects of the order supply andpayment of new and used vehicles from within the business inaccordance with company and franchise processes andpolicies.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Use relevantsystems/vehicle files for processing new (and used) fleet vehicleorders to support the sales function. Set up and maintain customerinformation accurately including key contact details to ensure highquality data forreporting.
Ensure allvehicles are funded appropriately and any issues in this regardnotified to the Sales Managerimmediately.
Complete andsubmit the relevant forms via AFRL to conform to legislation (V55VehicleTax).
Ensure allmonies are physically received in respect of manufacturer supportbonuses and reconcile these correctly on theDMS.
Carry outHPI checks on part exchange vehicles as required and reportfindings.
Raiserelevant internal paperwork (purchase invoices cheques financedocuments) ensuring accuracy at alltimes.
Ensure allqueries are handled proactively promptly andaccurately.
Maintainsafe working practices and ensure compliance with the policiesprocesses and standards of thebusiness.
