Who We’re Looking For: ✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – with experience as an SEN Teacher in mainstream or SEN settings. ✅ Passion for SEN Education – particularly Autism, ADHD, and SEMH. ✅ Experience working with students with EHCPs – supporting them in an inclusive environment. ✅ Creative & Adaptive Teaching Approach – to engage and inspire students. ✅ Excellent Communication & Teamwork Skills – to work effectively within a collaborative SEN team. ✅ Enhanced DBS Check – or willingness to obtain one.
