About the opportunity : Everton in the Community are currently looking for Casual Kicks Coaches to join the team. Our pool of Casual Kicks Coaches will be responsible in working alongside the Youth Inclusion programme and programme coordinators to plan, implement and deliver a programme of support across our Kicks and Youth zone sites, that is of the highest standard and meets the needs of our programme participants. The role will focus on delivery across sport and football but will also include some youth and targeted support work to identified individuals and groups. Who we are looking for : Essentially, we are looking for individual s who ha ve proven experience in supporting young people within a sports environment to deliver workshops and targeted interventions. Our successful post holders will ho ld a Level 2 FA Football Award qualification and; or a Level 2 Youth Work qualificatio n and be first aid trained. You will have the ability to gain the trust of young people in order to inspire and motivate them to make right choices.
