The Regional Support Manager (RSM) will manage and co-ordinate all operational guarding activities within their Region, contained inside a wider security geographical zone. You will provide an effective and efficient working environment where industry leading operational performance is delivered. Working as one of the guarding management team to deliver the company vision, strong operational performance, and change, by ensuring success through a customer focused high performing collaborative environment. Primarily based in Dundee with the ability to travel to support operations in multiple areas using company car provided with the role. Closing date for this post is the 8th of July 2024.
