If you have a customer-focused mindset and a passion for learning, this could be the perfect role for you Key Responsibilities: Advise customers on a range of insurance products, including home, motor, and potentially business insurance. Understand clients' needs and guide them through their insurance options. Prepare quotations and assist with policy applications. Manage client records, update systems, and ensure accurate documentation. Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues. Learn sales techniques and industry regulations through training. Assist with renewals, amendments, and claims processing. Shadow senior consultants and develop cross-selling & up-selling skills. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Any other duties required by the business. A good standard of education (e.g., GCSEs or equivalent).
