Purchase Ledger Clerk required for an excellent business based in Worcester.
Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for a new opportunity? SF Recruitment are recruiting for a well-established business in Worcester that requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join their finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing purchase invoices and matching them to purchase orders
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Handling payment runs and ensuring suppliers are paid on time
Dealing with supplier queries professionally and efficiently
Supporting month-end processes and reporting as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
