Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to their queries and championing Co-op products and Membership.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, supporting each other to deliver a great shopping experience.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal by keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates, and temperatures are accurate.
* Support the introduction of new products and services, making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Get involved in local community activities and events, building relationships with customers and promoting Co-op's values.
