You will be based out of our clients Northamptonoffice.
Principle Responsibilities for the BusinessDevelopment Manager:
1. To gain an understanding of customers, businesses and requirements
2. To develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their needs
3. To perform onsite demonstrations and technical presentations
4. To prepare proposals, quotations and administer clients accounts
5. To work on after sales support services and provide technical back-up as required
6. To prepare reports and keep customer records through CRM software
7. To meet regular sales targets and co-ordinate sales projects
8. Deliver KPI’s and quarterly sales growth targets
9. Present regular progress reports ad updates to the management team
10. Display good knowledge and capability with digital marketing platforms
11. Good influencing and presentations skills
12. Excellent communicator with the ability to work closely with the management team and regularly communicate and reports activities.
13. Possesses practical knowledge in process, business and commercial sales.

14. Preferred Sales Experience Technology Industry
15. Target Driven
16. Confident in attending Networking Events
17. Able to prove a track record in generating new business
18. Friendly and positive
19. Full UK Driving Licence
20. B2B Sales experience
21. Multitask and manage requirements
22. Self Driven and motivated
This is a full-time permanent positionas a Business Development Manager offering an annual salary of up to £40,000– £60,000 (DOE). 25 Days holiday and pension.
