THE ROLE
With an ever-expanding event calendar, there is now the opportunity to join the Conventions team who are responsible for the sale of spaces for conferences, meetings and events across venues.
The role would suit a confident communicator both over the phone and face to face with a passion for events. Responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a large volume of incoming enquiries and converting to sales
2. Proactively sourcing and qualifying new leads
3. Identifying customer needs and offering solutions
4. Building and managing relationships with clients
5. Attention to detail to provide bespoke solutions
6. Working closely with internal departments to deliver on additional products
7. Venue showrounds
8. Working to KPI’s and targets
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be passionate, confident and a great communicator. You will be used to working at pace with high attention to detail. All training will be provided however previous experience in either B2B sales or events is essential.
