Person Specification Experience Essential Relevant experience in treating patients within Outpatient and Hydrotherapy settings. You will have completed a comprehensive series of rotations to include all major specialities (Orthopaedics, general surgery, general medicine, neurology, trauma and ITU, musculo-skeletal outpatients and intermediate care at junior grade level) Involved in team building and engagement experience Excellent communication skills, communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. This includes patients, hospital colleagues, Consultants, senior management, GPs, and other agencies. Updated CPD (evidenced); the ability, willingness and determination to impart skills, knowledge and training to your team and others. Ensure that your activity is organised daily and planned. Computer literate in terms of completing on-line reports and maintaining effective communication via letters and e-mail Desirable Post graduate experience of minimum 4 years in MSK outpatients. You will also understand effective marketing and assist the team in effectively managing and controlling the budget.
