MacGregor recruitment are specialist recruiters for the UK fenestration sector. We are delighted to be recruiting for a National Sales Manager opportunity with an established and highly successful hardware supplier for the fenestration sector.
NSM role:
* Reporting to the Sales Director you will help devise, develop & execute the sales strategy
* Identify major prospect clients and forge strong working relationships
* Coach and manage the existing sales team - monitoring performance metrics and providing leadership and support to ensure that the sales strategy is delivered
* Joint Client Visits - accompany the Regional Sales Managers on sales calls and client meetings to the company’s larger accounts, to support and enhance these key customer relationships
* Pipeline Management: Ensure the team maintains a strong and consistent revenue stream, while tracking progress and ensuring sales are closed successfully.
* Monitor and report team performance using KPIs and sales metrics, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a sales leadership role with track record of delivering results and driving growth.
* Fenestration industry and product experience is essential
* Excellent people, relationship building, communication and leadership skills
* Hands on with proactive selling, highly analytical, organised and a data driven approach
* Valid driving licence
The role is offered with an anticipated basic in the region of £65-70k DOE, company car / car allowance and private medical cover.
This role has a nationwide remit so applicants will be considered across the UK. However, the preferred candidate will be able to commit to a minimum of one day a month at the Head Office based in the Midlands.
