Junior Data Analyst – Cyber Security Location: CH8/ hybrid – commutable from Prestatyn, Llandudno, Rhyl, Flint, Mold, Deeside, Chester, Buckley, Ewloe, St AsaphSalary: £25k - £35k plus benefits and a training / development planOur multi-site, large scale client is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join their Cyber Security team. This role will be collating and auditing data from multiple IT systems to produce accurate reports, dashboards and reconciliations to schedule. Junior Data Analyst experience – Good understanding of how IT systems interact with each other Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and a good eye for detail Ability to manipulate and reconcile data from various systems, strong understanding of Excel Good understanding of Power BI, Word and PowerPoint Working to procedures and processes Familiarity with ISO 27001 or other cyber methodologies Junior Data Analyst Generation of reports, reconciliations and dashboards to the agreed schedule Monitoring security alerts and logs Investigate and respond to security incidents, escalating when required Assist broader IT Team with queries regarding IT Policies Ensure IT team are following Policies and procedures relating to the management of assets and devices across the IT estate Update incident response procedures Cyber Security testing and training The Junior Data Analyst role is a great opportunity for someone who is analytical and enjoys sifting through Data, Excel spreadsheets and wants to develop a career within Cyber Security.
