Are you looking for a new challenge? Want to make a difference to the life of a young person locally in West Bromwich? We are working with a mainstream primary school in the West Bromwich (B71) area of Sandwell, who are looking for a Year 1, 1-to-1, SEND teaching assistant to work with a little boy who has some challenging behaviours and a diagnosis of Autism. The little boy struggles to regulate, which has resulted in him finding it difficult to access the curriculum. This is a long-term role working until the minimum end of the 2025/26 academic year. You will be working Monday to Friday, for the daily hours of 08:30 until 15:30 during term-time only. Ideally, the school would like for an immediate start but are happy to wait for the right applicant to ensure they get the right 1-to-1 support for the student.
