Job Description
In this position, you will:
* Engage with stakeholders to thoroughly understand current processes, workflows and procedures, highlighting areas for enhancement
* Gain in-depth knowledge of your assigned business areas by delving into the specifics of each business process and its intended outcomes
* Create and implement streamlined processes to boost efficiency, productivity and stakeholder satisfaction
* Pinpoint operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks, recommending improvements through business process modelling and reengineering techniques
* Work alongside cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to daily operations
* Assess the impact of implemented changes, capturing lessons and identifying further improvement possibilities
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a process analyst with a track record of documenting complex business processes and identifying improvements
* Knowledge of process mapping and modelling methodologies
* Understanding of process improvement approaches, preferably with Lean Six Sigma knowledge
* Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking capabilities
* Demonstrated ability to deliver process improvement artefacts across multiple or complex work programmes
* Competence with data analysis tools and techniques
* Superior written and verbal communication
* Strong listening skills
* Capacity to convey messages effectively to different audience
