Job Description
* Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
* Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
* Facilitating the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to onboarding new hires
* Tracking key recruiting KPIs
* Improving candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Organising and attending job fairs and recruitment events
* Maintaining candidate databases
* Performing other duties as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Talent Acquisition Coordinator should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or relevant field
* Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
* Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
* A passion for the industrial/manufacturing industry
