Join Our Team as a Front Desk Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. If you have a passion for hospitality and strong leadership skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying guest identity, processing payments, assigning rooms, and issuing keys
2. Ensure guest accounts are set up accurately and Marriott Rewards information is entered correctly
3. Review daily reports, balance receipts, and complete cashier and closing procedures
4. Respond to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt and professional service
5. Train, mentor, and support front desk team members, promoting a positive work environment
6. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines
7. Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information while safeguarding company assets
Preferred Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
2. At least 1 year of related front desk experience
3. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
